Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest integrated healthcare systems, is seeking a Clinical Educator within the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center. Overlook Medical Center, a leading and innovative medical center, is home to the Internal Medicine Residency Program which provides training and education to 43 residents. In line with our system's expansion, we are actively seeking an individual to contribute to the continued growth of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
The Clinical Educator will be a faculty member within the Department of Medicine actively participating in the clinical and academic operations of the program. Participation in various academic endeavors will be available to meet the program and candidate's interests. Clinical responsibilities may include precepting residents in an ambulatory setting located in Union, New Jersey, serving as a teaching attending in the inpatient service, and participating in our preoperative assessment center. Clinical time will be determined based on the candidate's skillset and interests. This full-time Monday-Friday position offers a great work/life balance with limited shared inpatient weekend/holiday call (generally 1:9) at Overlook Medical Center.
Salary Range: $235,000 - $270,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives

Qualifications:
- BC by the American Board of Internal Medicine
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Teaching experience preferred
- Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team
