We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Inpatient and Outpatient physiatrists to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. In either role, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a team of compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals.

Our 60-bed, free-standing hospital is the only Medicare certified rehabilitation hospital on Cape Cod, serving the Cape and much of Southeast Massachusetts. Some of our inpatient specialty programs include stroke, amputee, spinal cord injury, orthopedic, and cardiac.

Responsibilities for the Inpatient position include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Our outpatient providers focus on musculoskeletal injuries, neck and back pain, spasticity management, and treatment of concussion, as well as caring for people with brain injury, SCI, stroke, and amputation. Interventional spine/pain procedures are performed in the radiology suite. In addition to the main campus, we have 3 satellite offices.

Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, BC/BE. These positions are employed through the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization (MGPO) and its Spaulding Rehabilitation Associates division.
